    Our consultation will explore what brings you to therapy and what areas you would line to work on. You may not know why exactly you’re considering therapy, it might be that you know that you’re struggling or feeling like there’s something missing. We can eplore this together.

    We will determine the best day/time for our sessions to take place to ensure they are accessible and suitable for your lifestyle. It is your choice how many sessions you would like to commit to. We can discuss whether short or long term therapy would be beneficial.

  • Integrative

    My integrative approach to psychotherapy means that our sessions are collaborative and in-keeping to your needs and intentions. We will check-in regularly during sessions to ensure you’re benefiting from the work.
