Hello, I’m Nia.

I’m a down-to-earth therapist offering 50-minute sessions to support you with whatever feels difficult right now.

In this space, you matter. Your voice is important to me. There’s a reason you’re seeking therapy at this time in your life, I’ll sit beside you as we unravel why this might be. We’ll work at a pace that feels manageable for you, frequently checking in on how you’re finding the sessions and whether they’re meeting your needs.

I have worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, exploring gender identity and low self-worth among many other experiences.

Do you want to build a more balanced view of yourself and feel more comfortable in your own skin?

Having a deeper understanding of yourself can help you identify your strengths as well as what challenges you so you can cope when things are difficult. Being authentic and true to yourself is encouraged in our sessions.

With time and compassion, you’ll be able to talk about difficult emotions and experiences in order to work express them and move forward.

Appointments

    In-person

    Face-to-face therapy in Carmarthen and therapy in Llandeilo in cosy and modern rooms. Both have bathroom facilities available. The space in Carmarthen is wheelchair accessible. A glass of water & tea is offered at both locations.

    Phone/online

    To ensure sessions are accessible, I offer remote therapy sessions. Early morning and evening sessions are available, a good signal and a private space is essential. Therapy for international clients is available subject to local laws.

    Walk & talks

    Perfect for people who feel they would benefit from therapy in nature. We will commit to a few sessions in a therapy room before establishing a suitable walk & talk route. Nature for healing is highly recommended.
